Due several concurrent due dates and the 2021 holiday schedule Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc.
("EFRI") would like to request a 30-day extension to the Source Assessment Report ("SAR") for MW-
30. The SAR is due December 28, 2021 and EFRI is respectfully requesting the due date be revised to
January 28, 2022.
