The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the 20 | 8 Annual'I'echnical Evaluation Report.
fhe review was an examination ofthe activities and conditions reported at the Mill as they relate to
compliance with the Utah Radiation Control Rules and the conditions ofthe referenced license. The review
consisted of examinations ofthe report to ascertain whether all pertinent reporting requirements ofthe RMt,
werc met, whether the monitoring performed revealed necessary corrective measures, and whether any such
measures \rere taken.
Based on the findings documented during the review, the items reviewed were found to be in compliance
with the Utah Radiation Control Rules and requirements for this license.
