The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the August 27, 2018 2nd Quarter, 2018 Nitrate Monitoring Report for the Nitrate Contamination Investigation. The review was based on compliance with the following:
1. Corrective Action Plan for Nitrate White Mesa Uranium Mill near Blanding, Utah, May 7, 2012,
(CAP) approved December 12, 2012. 2. The EFR Quality Assurance Plan, August 15, 2017, Revision 7.3 (QAP). The Report is in compliance with the CAP and QAP. This letter constitutes a closeout of the August
