The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the April 30, 2018 1st Quarter 2018 Nitrate Monitoring Report for the Nitrate Contamination Investigation. The review was based on compliance with the following:
1. The Corrective Action Plan for Nitrate White Mesa Uranium Mill near Blanding, Utah, May 7, 2012, (CAP) approved December 12, 2012. 2. The EFR Quality Assurance Plan, August 15, 2017, Revision 7.3 (QAP).
The Report is in compliance with the CAP and QAP. This letter constitutes a closeout of the April 30, 2018 1st Quarter, 2018 Nitrate Monitoring Report. If you have any questions, please call Dean Henderson at [phone].
