The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the February 12, 2018 4th Quarter 2017 Nitrate Monitoring Report for the Nitrate Contamination Investigation. The review was based on compliance with the following:
1. Corrective Action Plan for Nitrate White Mesa Uranium Mill near Blanding, Utah, May 7, 2012, (CAP) approved December 12, 2012. 2. The EFR Quality Assurance Plan, August 15, 2017, Revision. 7.3 (QAP). Based on the Division’s review, the Report was in compliance with the CAP and QAP. This letter
