The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the March 30, 2018 Chloroform Corrective Action Comprehensive Monitoring Evaluation (CACME) Report (Report). The review was based on compliance with the:

1. Stipulation and Consent Order (SCO) Docket No. UGW20-01. 2. White Mesa Uranium Mill Groundwater Corrective Action Plan (GCAP) Revision 0, dated September 14, 2015.
The Division review concluded that the Report was in compliance with the SCO and the GCAP. This
letter constitutes a closeout of the March 30, 2018 CACME Report. (Over)
