Dear Ms. Weinel:
The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the 2018
Biennial Land Use Survey (Survey) for Energy Fuels Resources (USA) INC. White Mesa Uranium Mill.
The survey was dated June 25, 2018. Survey updates were received on July 27, 2018. The survey was
submitted to comply with Radioactive Materials License No. UT1900479, Amendment 8, License
Condition 12.3.
The 2018 Survey established a baseline that will be used for comparison in the 2020 Survey. The 2020
Survey will discuss land use differences compared to the 2018 Survey. The 2018 Survey complies with
the license and the review is closed.
