The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the Annual
Safety and Environmental Review Panel (SERP) report for 2017. The report dated, February 26, 2018,
documented that a SERP committee meeting was not held in 2017. Energy Fuels Resources has met the requirement for RML License Condition 9.4. No further review is required.
