Re: Transmittal of As-Built Report for the White Mesa Cell 2 Cover Supplemental Test Section
Dear Mr. Anderson:
In accordance with the Stipulation and Consent Agreement (“SCA” dated February 23, 2017) between the
Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (“DWMRC”) and Energy Fuels Resource (USA) Inc.
(“EFRI”), EFRI constructed a supplemental vegetation monitoring test section (Supplemental Test Section) in
November 2017. Per the SCA, an as-built report for the Supplemental Test Section construction must be provided
to DWMRC within 90 days after completion of construction of the Supplemental Test Section. The Supplemental
Test Section construction was completed on November 30, 2017.
This letter transmits the White Mesa Uranium Mill Cell 2 Cover Supplemental Test Section As-Built Report. For
your convenience, two hard copies and two CDs of the report, each containing a word searchable electronic copy
of the files, are attached.
