Pursuant to the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (“DWMRC”) letters dated November 8,
2016 and November 16, 2016, Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. (“EFRI”) is providing DWMRC with notice
for the abandonment of MW-03. EFRI plans to begin field activities the week of November 28, 2016.
All abandonment activities will be completed in accordance with the Mill’s Groundwater Discharge Permit No.
UGW370004 and the applicable Utah Department of Natural Resources, Division of Water Rights regulations.
