This work order contains two water samples received 06/23/2016. Both samples were analyzed for Gross
Alpha.

ANALYTICAL METHODS
Gross Alpha was performed using EPA Method 00-02 Modified.
ANALYTICAL RESULTS
Combined Standard Uncertainty is reported at 2-sigma value.
Minimum Detectable Activity (MDA) values for data represented in this report are sample-specific.
MDA measurements are determined based on factors and conditions including instrument settings, aliquot
size and matrix type.
GROSS ALPHA
Samples demonstrated acceptable results for all Gross Alpha analyses. The Gross Alpha method blank
demonstrated acceptable results. Results for the Gross Alpha duplicate demonstrated an acceptable
relative percent difference and nonnalized difference. Results for the Gross Alpha laboratory control
sample demonstrated an acceptable percent recovery.
