The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the February 23,
2016 4th Quarter,2015 Nitrate Monitoring Report.
The review was based on compliance with the following:
l. Corrective Action Plan for Nitrate White Mesa Uranium Mill (CAP), May 7,2012, approved
December 12,2012.
2. The EFR Quality Assurance Plan, June 7,2012, Revision. 7.2 (QAP).
The Division concluded that the Report was in compliance with the CAP and QAP. This letter
constitutes a closeout of the 4* Quarter,2015 Nitrate Monitoring Report.
