The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed the review of the 2015
Annual Tailings Cells Wastewater Sampling Report (Report).
The review was based on compliance with the following:
l. White Mesa Uranium Mill Ground Water Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). Revision 7 .2, dated
June 6,2012.
2. Groundwater Discharge Permit No. UGW370004 (Permit). Permit version that was signed on
August 24,2012.
3. Tailings and slimes Drain Sampling Program (Plan) Revision 2.1 dated July 30,2012.
The Report is in compliance with the Permit, the QAP and the Plan. This letter constitutes a closeout of
the 2015 Annual Tailings Cells Wastewater Sampling Report.
