The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed the review of the 2015
Annual Seep and Springs Sampling Report (Report).
The review was based on compliance with the:
l. White Mesa Uranium Mill Ground Water Quality Assurance Plan ("QAP"). Revision7.2, dated
June 6,2012.
2. Groundwater Discharge Permit No. UGW370004 (Permit) signed on August 24,2012.
3. Sampling Plan for Seeps and Springs In the Vicinity of the White Mesa Uranium Mill, Revision
0 (Plan).
The Division has determined that the Report is in compliance with the Permit, QAP, and Plan. This
letter constitutes a closeout of the 2015 Annual Seep and Springs Sampling Report.
