("EFRI") White Mesa Mill Tailings Data Analysis Report ("TDAR") and the Probabilistic Seismic Hazard Analysis Report ("PSHA") Dear Mr. Lundberg: Reference is made to the Division of Radiation Control ("DRC") letter of March 31, 2015 and the subsequent e-mail correspondence dated April 8, 2015. The letter and e-mail requested revisions to the TDAR and PSHA as detailed below. TDAR • Provide a redline/strikeout version of the revised main text of the document. • Provide a clean version of the revised document (including Figures and Appendices) • Provide written responses to both the January and March 2015 comments from DRC and AECOM (formerly URS). PSHA • Provide redline/strikeout version of the revised main text of the document. • Provide replacement pages for the entirety of the main text. Attachments, Figures and Tables will remain unchanged. Replacement pages will reflect new document date. • Provide written responses to March 2015 comments from AECOM (formerly URS). Enclosed are two copies of the revised TDAR and the revised main text of the PSHA, as well as two CDs each containing a word searchable electronic copy of the reports, the redline/strikeout versions of the main text of the reports, and the response memorandum. Also attached to this letter are the responses to the TDAR comments (January and March) and PSHA comments (March).
