The EFRI 5-day written notification for the Roberts Pond liner damage, submitted on March 18, 2014
committed that an Action Plan would be submitted by EFRI on or before April 8, 2014. Due to weather issues
(high winds) and the need to obtain additional equipment and personnel, the sediment removal from the pond
has been delayed and progress is slower than anticipated.
Without all of the liner cleared for inspection, it is premature to send the Action Plan to address any impacted
soils at this time. EFRI is requesting a 30 day extension from April 8, 2014 to May 8, 2014 for the submission
of the Action Plan.
Please let me know if you agree with the revised date for the submission of the Action Plan.
