Radon Flux Measurements for Tailings Impoundment 2 at the White Mesa Mill
Dear Mr. Bird:
Reference is made to the letter from Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. ("EFRI") dated, July
23, 2014, which provided 30 day notice that the monthly radon flux measurements for Tailings
Impoundment 2 will be collected on August 25 and August 26, 2014. However, on July 23, 2014
EFRI received approval from the Utah Department of Air Quality and the Utah Division of
Radiation Control to cease monthly sampling, and therefore, EFRI is cancelling the August
sampling event. Future sampling will be conducted in accordance with the requirements
described in the July 23, 2014 letter.
