Inspection Module RADMOD-AFIL-01 was conducted on November 4, 2013, by the Division of
Radiation Control (DRC) at the White Mesa Mill. The inspection focused on the Mill's
operational aspects of alternate feed and insitu leach facility materials. No discrepancies were
noted as all items inspected met applicable regulatory requirements and site procedures.
