Dear Ms. Weinel:
The Utah Division of Radiation Control ("DRC") has completed the review of the November 19,
2013, 3rd Quarter, 2013 Chloroform Monitoring Report ("Report") for the Chloroform
Contamination Investigation.
The review was based on compliance with the Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit Number
UGW370004 ("Permit") and the EFR Quality Assurance Plan ("QAP"). The DRC review found
that the contents of the Report comply with the applicable Permit and QAP requirements.
This letter constitutes a closeout of the 3rd Quarter 2013 Chloroform Monitoring Report for the
Chloroform Contamination Investigation.
