Dear Mr. Lundberg:
Consistent with the Stipulated Consent Order Docket No. UGW12-04, Part E.l, Energy Fuels
Resources (USA) Inc. ("EFRI") is providing the Division of Radiation Control ("DRC") with at least
fourteen days notice for the abandonment of nitrate monitoring wells TWN-05, TWN-08, TWN-09,
TWN-10, TWN-11, TWN-12, TWN-13, TWN-15, and TWN-17 as specified in the Nitrate CAP, dated
May 7, 2012. EFRI plans to initiate abandonment activities on Tuesday, July 30, 2013.
