Day Notice for Additional Soil Sampling
Dear Mr. Lundberg:
As we discussed in the teleconference with Mr. Phil Goble and Mr. Tom Rushing, of the Division of Radiation
Control ("DRC") on May 15, 2013, Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc., ("EFRI") will conduct an additional
soil sampling event to collect the data necessary to complete the design of the Phase I corrective actions
specified in the Corrective Action Plan ("CAP") for Nitrate.
Pursuant to the Stipulated Consent Order Docket No. UGW 12-04, Part E.l, EFRI is providing the DRC with at
least fourteen days notice for the additional soil sampling. EFRI plans to initiate sampling activities on
Tuesday, June 4, 2013.
