INCIDENT SUMMARY
Caller reports a gasoline spill of 502 gallons at Good-to-Go station. PRP delivery driver was filling two ASTs simultaneously. One tank filled faster and
overfilled releasing fuel to concrete containment area. Driver left. Fuel flowed outside retention and onto surrounding asphalt and entered a storm
drain. Amount that entered storm drain unknown. Remaining fraction of gasoline is pooled. On-scene personnel contacted Big West Oil, and they are
dispatching a response crew. Fire Dept is on-scene with Juab County Sheriff's Office and County Emergency Manager.
