Consistent with the Stipulated Consent Order Docket No UGW12-04, Part E 1, Energy Fuels
Resources (USA) Inc ("EFRI") is providing the Division of Radiation Control ("DRC") with at least
fourteen days notice for the initial groundwater pump installation specified in the Nitrate CAP, dated
May 7, 2012 EFRI plans to initiate these activities on Monday, January 7, 2013
