Pursuant to our teleconference of November 1, 2012, Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc is submitting an
Errata page to the approved White Mesa Uranium Mill Groundwater Monitonng Quality Assurance Plan
("QAP"), Revision 7 2, dated June 6, 2012 to correct a typographical error The QAP listed the same
method twice (200 7 or 200 7) for the analysis of iron in groundwater The corrected method options
include both 200 7 and 200 8 The revision number has not been changed on either the QAP or Table 1
but "Errata" has been added to the Table 1 header to denote the change
