On December 1, 2011, the Utah Division of Radiation Control (DRC) received the 3"^ Quarter, 2011 DMT
Performance Standards Momtonng Report and Cell 4A and Cell 4B Perfonnance Standards Momtonng
Report (Report; Dated November 30, 2011) for the DUSA White Mesa Mill near Blanding, Utah. Tlie
DRC reviewed the Report and issued a letter of Findings, Confirmatory Action, and Notice of Enforcement
Discretion on December 19, 2011; which documented DUSA's commitment to provide a revised
DMT/BAT Plan to separate License-dnven momtonng and reportmg requirements from Groundwater
Discharge Perrmt-dnven requirements (the Plan) DUSA provided the requested revised Plan on Apnl 13,
2012
Review of the revised Plan is currently in process and will proceed as a new project independent ofthe
Report review
