Attached please find a pdf file of the Construction As-Built drawing for the Alternate Feed Area Concrete Pad at
Denison Mines (USA) Corp's ("Denison's") White Mesa Mill The figure transmitted with this email is intended
to replace the figure provided in Attachment D of Denison's October 17, 2011 response to Utah Division of
Radiation Control's (PRC's") Inspection Report and Confirmatory Action Letter regarding the Stormwater Best
Management Practices Plan 2010 inspection The figure enclosed with the October 17, 2011 response letter was
an intermediate working version The attached pdf is a final version of the drawing, indicating that construction
has been completed consistent with the design notes
