Dear Mr. Frydenlund:
The Division of Radiation Control ("DRC") has reviewed the DUSA March 17, 2010Letter Report for the
Installation and Hydraulic Testing of Perched Groundwater Monitoring Wells TW4-23, TW4-24, and
TW4-25 at the White Mesa Uranium Mill ("Report"). This Repoit was in response to item 1 in the
DRC request for additional information letter on June 1, 2010 ("DRC Letter").
Based on our review it appears that conditions in item 1 of the DRC Letter were satisfied with the
exception of there were no horizontal survey coordinates for monitoring wells TW4-23, TW4-24, and
TW4-25 as required in Part I.H.6(b)(5) ofthe Denison Mines (USA) Coi-p. ("DUSA") State of Utah
Ground Water Discharge Permit No. UGW370004. Therefore, please submit within 15 calendar days of the
receipt of this letter the horizontal survey coordinates for the above three monitor wells.
