Dear Mr. Lundberg:
This letter transmits a replacement figure for Denison Mines (USA) Corp's ("DUSA's") responses to the DRC
Request for Information and Confirmatory Action Letter dated September 1, 2011.
The enclosed figure is a replacement hard copy figure of the Construction As-Built Drawing for the Alternate
Feed Area Concrete Pad at Denison's White Mesa Mill. The figure is intended to replace the hard copy figure
provided in Attachment D of Denison's October 17, 2011 response to Utah Division of Radiation Control's
(DRC's") Inspection Report and Confirmatory Action Letter regarding the Stormwater Best Management
Practices Plan 2010 inspection. The figure enclosed with the October 17, 2011 response letter was an
intermediate working version. The attached hard copy is a final version of the drawing, indicating that
construction has been completed consistent with the design notes.
This replacement figure was also transmitted in electronic file format as a pdf file by email on October 20, 2011.
