Mr. Lundberg,
This email is to notify the Division of Radiation Control ("DRC) that Denison Mines (USA) Corp. ("Denison")
anticipates initiating drilling and soil sampling for Phase IB ofthe 2011 nitrate investigation at White Mesa Mil
on Monday, June 6, 2011. This notification complies with the requirement in the April 28, 2011 Final Tolling
Agreement Page 6 Item 3, that Denison provide at least 14 days' notification prior to initiating field work to
allow DRC staff to be on site during field activities.
