The Utah Division of Radiation Control (DRC) has reviewed the Annual Summary of Disposal of
lle.(2) Byproduct Waste Material (the Report) from your letter dated January 10, 2011. The
Report is a requirement of RML UT1900479 License Condition 10.5 D. Although the Report
satisfies this annual requirement, there are other documentation requirements associated with this
License Condition. These additional requirements will be inspected at a later date.
Please continue to remember that radiation safety is the responsibility of the licensee.' Thank you
