From: Jo Ann Tischler <jtischler(@denisonmines.com> To: Dean Henderson <Dhenderson(gutah.gov> Date: 5/6/2010 10:43 AM Subject: Submittal of Westwater Seep Sampling Data for 2009. CC: Dane Finerfrock <DFINERFROCK(^utah.gov>, Harold Roberts <HRoberts(@denisonmines.com>, Ron Hochstein <RHochstein(§denisonmines.com>, David Frydenlund <DFrydenlund(gdenisonmines.com> Attachments: C09110722.pdf; C09110722.csv Dean, As you requested, I am transmitting analytical results for Westwater Seep that were not included in the annual White Mesa Mill 2009 Seeps and Springs Sampling Report issued on November 30, 2009. As discussed in that report, Westwater Seep was dry during the July 9, 2009 sampling event. A subsequent excavation in the seep soils on November 18, 2009 yielded a pool of water sufficient for collection of a sample. Analytical results for this sample and it s field blanks are attached to this email in pdf and electronic CSV format. The electronic CSV file may contain additional laboratory QC backup information not included with previous water quality data. Denison Mines now requires that the laboratory provide digital QC backup along with digital analytical reported results, and this information is now part ofthe CSV file. Please contact me ifyou have any questions on this transmittal. Your truly, Jo Ann Tischler Director, Compliance and Permitting Jo Ann Tischler Director.
