In accordance wilh your recent discussion wilh Mr. Harold Roberts of DUSA, please find enclosed
the contairunenl design and localion for the proposed construction of a reagent building al the White
Mesa Mill. Iu accordance with Part I.D.3.g) of ihe GWDP (i.e. Mill Site Chemical Reagent
Storage), the containment has been designed to "prevent any contact of tlie spilled or otherwise
released reagent or product with the ground surface". As has been previously mentioned, il is
Denison's intention to construct ti\is facility early this winter and, as such, we would request that
this design review be completed as cxpcdiliou.sly as possible.
