Subject: Notice of Aquifer Permeability Testing of Nitrate Investigation Wells, Pursuant to Section 6.8 of the Stipulated
Consent Agreement
Dear Mr. Finerfrock,
Pursuant to Section 6.B. of the Stipulated Consent Agreement between Denison Mines (USA) Corp. and the Utah Water Quality
Board relating to the Nitrate Contaminalion Investigation at the While Mesa Mill, we hereby give Notice that Denison wrill be
conducting aquifer permeability testing during the week of Oclober 19, 2009 in relation lo the subject investigation. The testing will
include all wells completed in relation to Ihe Nitrate investigation, including Wells TWN-1, TWN-2. TWN-3, TWN-*, TWN-5, TWN-6,
TWN-7, TWN-8, TWN-9. TWN-10, TWN-11, TWN-12, TWN-13. TWN-14. TWN-I5. TWN-16, TWN-17 and TWN-18, which have
been drilled to date, and will likely include wells TWN-19 and TWN-20 v^ich are currently in the process of being drilled. The
testing will begin on the morning of Oclober 19. 2009 and wil! continue as needed, possibly extending through the following
weekend until and including Monday October 26, 2009.
