Loren:
in reviewing CQAQCM Rev 24d, I have Identified the following deviation of
CQAQCM text from what was asked:
Requested (June 24, 2009):
"A. Large components and CWF areas shall not count against the open cell
area limit due to the fact that these areas contribute no wind dispersion
of radioactive vraste.
B. Closed CLSM pour areas, where debris and DAW has been covered and
encased by CLSM, shall not count against the open cell area limit because
these areas not contribute to vAn6 dispersion of radioactive waste.
C. Active CLSM pour areas, where debris and DAW has not been covered and
encased by CLSM, shall count against the open cell area limit because these
areas have potential to be wind dispersed."
CQAQCM Rev 24d Text (page 61 of 104):
"The following areas do not count against the 'uncovered radioactive waste'
limit at RML Condition 11 and do not require Interim rad cover to be placed
over them:
"1. Containerized Waste Facility
"2. Large Component disposal areas
"3. CLSM pour areas that have been poured and covered. Debris may protrude
from the CLSM surface so long as at least 75% of the CLSM lift height has
been poured. Note: Areas where debris has been staged or formed for CLSM,
but have not yet been poured, shall be counted against the 'uncovered
radioactive waste' limit."
Please review and let me know whether these deviations are acceptable to
you.
