On April 16, 2019 the Division approved the surety amount of $20,176,004.00 for the White Mesa Uranium Mill and requested an updated surety instrument in that amount. Having received the revised surety bond rider on April 29, 2019, the Division’s review of the 2019 surety for the White Mesa Mill is now closed.
