Dear Ms. Weinel:
The grading plan for the backfilling of the Roberts Pond excavation and cleanup of released fluids
(dated July 17, 2015) for the Energy Fuels Resources (EFR) White Mesa Mill near Blanding, Utah was
approved on July 27,2015.
On December 3, 2015 the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control received a request to
modifr a portion of the grading by placing a culvert in lieu of constructing a drainage swale. The
modification to the grading plan for backfilling Roberts Pond is approved. Please provide the details of
the culvert placement on the as-built drawings that you will submit following completion of grading
operations.
