Water Quality Assurance Plan, Rev. 7.2: Approval
Dear Ms. Tischler:
The Utah Division of Radiation Control (DRC) has reviewed the Denison Mines (USA) Corp.
(DUSA) June 6, 2012 Wliite Mesa Uranium Mill Groundwater Monitoring Quality Assurance
Plan Revision 7.2. DRC notes that the only changes made per this revision were to the header
(update of revision number and preparation date), and the Attachment 2-3 section specifymg the
well purging method for monitoring wells which are purged to dryness. Specifically, the revision
replaces the term "redox potential" with "temperature" for two instances.
QAP Rev. 7.2 DRC Approval
Based on DRC review of the White Mesa Uranium Mill QAP Revision 7.2, it appears that the
revisions are appropriate and consistent with agreed on purging methodology, therefore, QAP
Revision 7.2 is approved.
