White Mesa Uranium Mill near Blanding, Utah, Approval Letter Dear Ms. Weinel: The Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has reviewed the Energy Fuels Resources (USA), Inc. (“EFR”) updated seeps and springs field forms (“Forms”) for the Seeps and Springs Monitoring Program. The proposal Forms were found in the November 11, 2019 EFR letter, “Transmittal of Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. (“EFRI”) Updated Seeps and Springs Field Form for the White Mesa Uranium Mill.” Based on the review, the proposed Forms are hereby approved.
