The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the Annual
Safety and Environmental Review Panel (SERP) report for 2016. The purpose of the review was to
determine compliance with the requirements of License Condition 9.4 of your facility’s Radioactive
Material License UT 1900479. No deficiencies were identified.
