Follow our meeting of Tuesday, October 5*^, I am confimiing our authorization for URS to undertake the review of
the revised cover system design for the White Mesa Mill tailings cells as contemplated in section III. C. 1. b. of
the June 30, 2010 MCA between the DRC and Denison Mines.
As promised, I have also attached a description of the ET cover design provided by MWH.
