Cell 48, at Denison Mines (USA) Corp's White Mesa Uranium Mill (the "Mill), which was submitted to you on April 13, 2010, and to your approval letter dated May 3,2010. Reference is also made to the notice given to you on November 2, 2010 pursuant to 40 CFR 61.09(a)(1) that the anticipated date of initial startup of Cell 48 at that time was between December 2, 2010 and January 1, 2011, conditional upon receipt of final approvals (the "Final Approvals") from the Executive Secretary of the Utah Radiation Control 8oard/Co-Executive Secretary of the Utah Water Quality Board. At this time, the Final Approvals have not been received. Please take notice pursuant to 40 CFR 61.09(a)(l) that the anticipated date of initial startup of Cell 48 will be promptly upon receipt ofthe Final Approvals, which are currently expected to be received between January 1, 2011 and January 30, 2011.
