Pursuant to Radioactive Materials License (RML) UT 1900479 condition 10.5.F, Energy Fuels
Resources (USA) Inc. is hereby notifying the Division of Radiation Control that the Wliite Mesa
Uranium Mill will be receiving and disposing of four loads of 1 le.(2) byproduct matenals on
November 28, 2012.
