Pursuant to Radioactive Materials License (RML) UT 1900479 condition 10 5 F, Denison Mines
(USA) Corp is hereby notifying the Division of Radiation Control that the White Mesa Uranium Mill
will be receiving ten loads of 1 le (2) byproduct materials The loads should be on site and be
disposed of by August 13, 2012
