Pursuant to Radioactive Materials License (RML) UT1900479 condition 10 5.F, Denison Mines
(USA) Coip. is hereby notifying the Division of Radiation Control that the White Mesa Uranium Mill
will be receiving twelve loads of 1 le.(2) byproduct materials. The loads should be on site and be
disposed of by June 8. 2012.
