Please submit one formal written notice identifying the product and number of loads, as you have suggested
Then provide us a weekly update via email Please indicate in the update, in addition to the project status the
day we can expect disposal to occur during the upcoming week The weekly frequency is important to us m
terms of scheduling field trips to observe the disposal operation Hopefully moving to a less formal email
following the initial letter notification will answer your needs with respect to rail schedules and such
Please let me know if you have questions regarding this matter

I got a quick question for you Starting the first of June we are suppose to receive 170 loads of lie (2) from a
generator The loads are being shipped by rail and then the transportation down to the Mill is suppose to take
several months All of the loads are dirt only For this situation can ! submit one notice for the 170 loads and
then update you as the project progresses or do you want weekly notices'? My thinking on weekly notices it
will be kind of difficult since it will all depend on the trains But III do whatever you want on this
