Pursuant to Radioactive Materials License (RML) UT1900479 condition 10.5.F, Denison Mines
(USA) Corp. is hereby notifying the Division of Radiation Control that the White Mesa Uranium Mill
will be receiving a load of 1 le.(2) byproduct waste on February 11, 2011.
