Pursuant to Radioactive Materials License (RML) UT 1900479 condition 10.5.F, Denison Mines
(USA) Corp. is hereby notifying the Division of Radiation Control that the White Mesa Uranium Mill
will be receiving three loads of 1 le.(2) byproduct material that should be onsite by April 20, 2011.
