Re: 1 le.(2) byproduct receipt notification
Pursuant to Radioactive Materials License (RML) UT1900479 condition 10.5.F, Denison Mines
(USA) Corp. is hereby notifying the Division of Radiation Control that the White Mesa Uranium Mill
is receiving a load of 1 le.(2) byproduct waste on Friday June 25, 2010.
The shipment was scheduled prior to the receipt of the new RML DRC-04, so the material will be
placed on the surface of the disposal area until Friday July 1, 2010. At that point the material will be
disposed of in the designated area.
