Pursuant to Radioactive Materials License (RML) UT 1900479 condition 10.5.F, Denison Mines
(USA) Corp. is hereby notifying the Division of Radiation Control that the White Mesa Uranium Mill
is receiving a load of 1 le.(2) byproduct waste on Thursday July 22, 2010.
