Facility History - Executive Summary
Russel Hicks of Push Drilling conducted a line replacement for 2DP Silver Summit LLC. Residual impacts were discovered during a
line replacement under dispenser #3/4. Closure sample CS-6 @ 3-3.5' had TPH-DRO (5,440 mg/kg) concentrations exceeding the
Utah Tier 1 screening level. Two additional soil samples were collected below and east of the CS-6@ 3-3.5'. The additional samples
collected indicated that the deeper sample (CS-6, 4.5') had TPH-DRO contamination under ISL's (286 mg/kg). Soil sample CS-7, 4.5',
which is located a few feet east of the CS-6 sample location, indicated TPH-DRO levels (1,790 mg/kg), which are slightly over Tier 1
levels. The DERR determined that a supplemental information is not necessary due to the limited extent and volume as defined by the
CS-6 sample 1 foot deeper and CS-7 a few feet away laterally. Additional investigation and cleanup are not feasible beneath the
operating dispenser and canopy.
